Prize of Gran Selección de Castilla La Mancha,
is the result of a careful combination of the right
proportions of the four main varieties of olive : arbequina,
hojiblanca, cornicabra and picual, having all of them
the common denominator being «an excellent quality
and guaranteed fruit and foodstuff « .
This is how our finest oil is produced,
with an intense fruity bouquet and a balanced flavour
that are highly valued by the most discerning palates.
It is ideal for raw consumption and as a key ingredient
in «haute cuisine» dishes.
