The
extra virgin olive oil from Valseco
The Valseco extra-virgin olive
oil proceeds from lands located in the province
of Toledo, in Castilla La Mancha, territories
of Don Quijote, a recognized prestige and long
olive-growing traditions.
The land-climatic characteristics
of the zone where our olive trees are developed,
confer own personality to a natural juice of
fresh olives with a green colour leaf, which
presents fruity, bitter and spicy flavour. A
product that when oriented to the high restoration,
satisfies even the more demanding palates in
quality and food guarantee.
The production protocols are
certified, guaranteeing the quality, sign of
origin and respect to the environment.
The production is limited
and it is obtained only from private lands of
own production managed by Valseco in all the
cultivating process.
